Capital Policy

The general objectives of this Capital Policy are to:

• Describe the capital planning process along with the responsibilities and authority for capital planning.
• Define the capital ratios utilized to identify, measure, monitor, and control capital risk along with specified trigger points.
• Outline key strategies and contingency plans that the Bank would undertake in different stressed environments.
• Maintain appropriate capital ratios at the Bank, in compliance with regulatory guidelines and at appropriate intervals to keep pace with planned asset growth.
• Ensure that the capital plan provides the Bank with enough flexibility to meet unforeseen events that may impact the capital position of either company.
